We're so glad you asked. Insprave is a new publication for girls launched in 2024. Founded by a dynamic trio of former colleagues, Insprave was born out of frustration with the lack of practical and inspiring content available for girls finding their way, their confidence, and their voice. Historically, teen magazines and online content have focused on topics that inherently reinforce insecurity and external validation: "how to get a flat stomach," "ways to get the boy to text you back," "skincare products you need ASAP," etc. With girls experiencing record levels of depression and mental health challenges, we decided to shake things up.

Enter Insprave. 

 

Times have changed, and we think the content consumed by the next generation of girls should, too. Insprave is designed to help empower girls with internal confidence to navigate girlhood and beyond. With articles focused on financial literacy, mental health tools (feat. licensed experts), career interviews, reader-submitted content, and fun stuff like fashion and puzzles –  Insprave aims to uplift, educate, and entertain girls ages ~11 to 16. Our content is sprinkled with humor, vulnerability, and expert guidance, all wrapped in a design-forward zine.
